What is the delivery time for a personalized wall night light?
For personalized wall night lights with a first name, the preparation time is 6-7 days in our workshop, before shipping. Please allow a total delivery time of 8-10 days, as opposed to our standard time of 2-3 days for non-personalized products.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse.
You will be able to track your package via the tracking link that you will receive a few hours after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1 to 2 hours on average.
My product arrived broken
Damn, these are things that can (rarely) unfortunately happen.
To find a solution quickly, nothing could be simpler, send us an email with a photo of the product received, we will send you a new one in stride.
